Proof of Concept Offer
PSE introduced the Proof of Concept Offer to enable clients to evaluate our products while using them in production environments. The scheme was extended to include clients with requirements that were completely satisfied by the Proof of Concept Offer. In a Nutshell Clients purchase a Proof of Concept Package that includes everything found in the full product package but with the license limited to a given number of fields. On upgrading to the full product the invoice value of the Proof of Concept Offer is deducted. The extension to the scheme simply means that a client has no obligation to upgrade to the full product package. The support and consultancy is the same. |

With the Proof of Concept package clients get a fully working utility:

Licensing The Proof of Concept package is licensed in the same way as full package licenses which are licensed per production database. For example, to install a PSE product into a running PeopleSoft HRMS and Global Payroll production instance requires one license. Another example would be to install a PSE product into a running PeopleSoft HRMS instance and into a running PeopleSoft Financials production instance. This would require two licenses.
